The Library Specialist performs a wide variety of general duties, including shelving, photocopying, opening the mail, directing email request; client services, including circulation and document delivery; and technical services, including serials check-in.

Educational requirements: High school diploma required, AA preferred.

Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.

Specific technical skills required: Good computer skills, excellent customer service skills, good verbal communication skills, ability to organize work flow efficiently, attention to detail, well-developed service attitude are required. Experience with integrated library systems is preferred.
