The Project Manager/Librarian II will oversee a small staff performing work as follows:

* Identify active serial titles from Kardex cards
* Convert Kardex files or establish serial record entries and holdings in the ILS for titles that are in Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Mongolian, Tibetan, or other Southeaster Asian languages
* Establish Serial check-in for active titles in above languages.

Specific Duties:

* Handles all personnel actions (hiring, reviews, disciplinary actions, etc.) in relation to the contract
* Prepares, submits, and updates in electronic format a comprehensive procedure manual, including quality assurance polices and procedures
* Reports monthly production and quality statistics
* Performs production work in support of meeting production goals on a daily basis

Requirements:

Masters in Library Sciences and a minimum of 1 year related experience.
